Fedora graduated from Universitas Pelita Harapan in a joint-degree program with Corban College, USA. She is also a Google Certified Educator. It is her passion to share her knowledge with other people. Currently, she teaches in EqualBright School of Multiple Intelligences (Bandung), becomes the leader of Google Educator Group Bandung (GEG Bandung), and also serves as a speaker for various workshops related to education technology, classroom management, and character education.

More and more people stated that teacher has become one of the toughest jobs in the world. With a great responsibility to shape the future of the nation, teachers have to deal with many different things all at once. Starting from the multitasking skills required while preparing the lesson, handling students with their different characteristics, and not to mention making sure that our teaching can accommodate student’s different needs in the classroom. For most people, the best solution for that case might be to differentiate the instruction given to the students. However, it is easier said than done. With many limitations that we have, no wonder many teachers are stressed over this matter. This session will examine the easiest way to use Google Classroom (even from our personal Gmail account) to manage our class and give differentiated instruction so that teachers can maximize their time and energy to creatively design learning activities.
