Today, the cereer choice of the young generations are very diverses. Becoming an entrepreneus are the biggest dream of Y generation in this moment. In other hand they have many obstacles when newly graduated bachelor. As fresh graduates one of the most serious issues is the communication pattern they do with various parties. Not only when they start personal business, but also when they enter the world of work. Today the world of work began to be filled by Y generation (1981-2000), but leaders were still monopolized by the X generation (1965-1980) as well as by the Baby Boomer generation (born before 1965). The existence of this intergenerational cohort gap becomes difficult for all to understand. So it is important to see character mapping between generations as well as communication patterns
